Establishment Of PT Intraco Technology Indonesia In Indonesia
The Company wishes to announce that Intraco Technology Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has established a limited liability subsidiary, PT Intraco Technology Indonesia ("PT Intraco") and has obtained the Foreign Investment Commission's approval for permanent incorporation in Indonesia.
PT Intraco has an issued and paid up capital of USD 100,000 comprising 100,000 ordinary shares. Its principal activities are marketing and distribution of computer components and semiconductors and hospitality solutions.
The establishment of PT Intraco was funded through internal resources and did not have any material impact on the earnings per share or the net tangible assets per share of the Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2010.
None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid transaction.
