| Description | The Board of Directors of INTRACO Limited (the "Company"and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Group is expected to report a loss for the full year ended 31 December 2014 ("FY2014"). Based on a preliminary review of the unaudited financial results of the Group for FY2014, the expected loss is mainly attributed to low trading margins from the Group's Trading & Others segment as a result of intense market competition and pricing volatility of plastics resin trading activities. However, the expected loss for FY2014 will be mitigated by contribution from the newly acquired KA Group from September to December 2014 and share of profits from the Company's investment in Dynamic Colours Limited. The Company continues to seek other strategic investments that can contribute positively to the Group's performance. The Group is in the process of finalising its unaudited financial results for FY2014, which will be released on or around 27 February 2015. In the meantime, shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
