| Description | The Board of Directors (the "Board") of INTRACO Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Busarakham Kohsikaporn as Secretary of the Company with effect from 15 May 2016. Ms Lynn Wan Tiew Leng and Ms Toh Lei Mui will be appointed as Secretaries of the Company in place of Ms Busarakham Kohsikaporn with effect from 16 May 2016.
